Paper Submissions

Papers will be selected based on one page abstracts including results and figures. Papers submitted should include the title of the paper, authors’ names and affiliations, a concise statement of the problem, method of approach, results and discussion, and conclusions. Please identify the corresponding author. For abstract template, please click here to download.

‧ All the 25th NCFD participants are very welcome to join in the Best Paper Award Contest and/or the Best Poster Award Contest. After the notice of abstract acceptance, those who are interested in the Best Paper Award Contest, please upload your full paper before 8/15, click here for the template; and, those who are planning to participate in the Best Poster Award Contest, please upload your poster by 9/15, click here for the template. It is noted that the Best Paper Award Contest is hold only when the competition papers is over than 15 and the Best Poster Award Contest is on only when the participating posters is more than 10. The official language for this conference is English. Please prepare your full paper or poster in English as well as the explanation and Q&A during the presentation/poster session.

‧ Your abstract will be submitted in one of the conference sessions. For a description of each session, go here
‧ Each paid registrant will be limited to one presentation. Participants may be an author of multiple abstracts, but may be the presenting author of only one abstract.
‧ You can choose to present your work in oral or poster form.
‧ Abstracts are to be submitted through the on-line submission system. The file size is limited to 5MB.

Once successfully submitted, you will receive an email notification that the abstract has been received. If you do not receive an email notification within 24 hours, contact us at joint_conf@email.ncku.edu.tw.

Your abstract will be reviewed by the experts of your selected session. We anticipate that notification of your abstract acceptance or rejection will be made by May 31, 2018. The accepted abstracts to be presented will be published in the conference program. Only pre-registered abstracts done by paying the registration fee by October 5, 2018 will be included in the conference program.
